What are some Essential Bible Study Tools?
Here is a listing of some essential Bible Study Tools, in order of priority:
(1) A study Bible, preferably multiple translations to get a better understanding of what the Scriptures are saying. Some examples of translations are:

KJV = King James Version (NKJV = New KJV)

NASB = New American Standard Bible

NIV = New International Version
(2) Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance
(3) Webster’s Dictionary
Optional, but highly recommended:
(4) Thayer's Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament and Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon to the Old Testament

All of these tools, except the Gesenius’ Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon, are available in a FREE Bible Software package called E-Sword. E-Sword is an EXCELLENT Bible Study resource/tool that you can download to your computer and use at any time. After downloading e-sword, use the “Download” menu within it to access the Bibles, Dictionaries, and Commentaries that you can add to your copy of e-sword.
You can also download “The Scriptures” Version to your e-Sword. The Scriptures Version, also known as the ISR Version, has the True Names of YHWH and Y’shua restored. To access the download for this module for e-Sword, go to this site:
