Pastor Micah B. Anthony

Micah, Denise, and Hope Anthony

Micah Anthony began his sojourn on March 15, 1972, in Pittsburgh, Pa. His father is the late Sylvester Anthony, who was a leader in the Sacred Name Movement. From his youth, Micah has been on fire for Yahweh and Yahshua, his passion being the Sabbath. Micah was first ordained a teacher at the Congregation of Yahshua, and at the death of his father, he became Pastor.

Pastor Micah graduated from South VO Tech in Pittsburgh in 1991 and then joined the military police army reserves in 1992, in hopes of taking advantage of the GI bill. In 1993, Micah graduated from the Pittsburgh Police Academy, and since then has been a police officer for the city of Pittsburgh. Being a police officer has been a blessing for many of the inner city and urban youths and older people - because Micah is always a witness to them - encouraging them to do what is right and to serve Yahweh with their lives. Micah was honorably discharged from the military in 1998.

Micah married his lovely wife, Denise Domes, on October 7, 1995. They have nine children together - Deneisha, Jamie, Maya, Mikayla, Micah, Charity, Noah, Faith, and Hope. A Scripture that suits Pastor Micah well is: "Children are a gift from Yahweh! The fruit of the womb is a reward." HalleluYah!
